TIPPL Rewards Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all rewards distributed through TIPPL, including but not limited to merchandise, match tickets, and other promotional items. By participating in TIPPL and claiming a reward, you agree to the following:
1. Eligibility
- 1.1 You must be 18 years of age or older to be eligible for any rewards offered by TIPPL.
- 1.2 We may request valid ID (passport, driver’s license, or government-issued ID) to verify your age before dispatching any prize.
- 1.3 Rewards are only available to users located in eligible regions. We reserve the right to restrict prize delivery based on shipping limitations, cost, or legal restrictions.
- 1.4 Rewards are only available to UK residents. We will not fulfil rewards to users outside the United Kingdom. TIPPL reserves the right to verify your residency before dispatching any prize.
2. How Rewards Work
- 2.1 Rewards such as merchandise or match tickets are offered as part of our ongoing user engagement programs (e.g. MVP of the Month, League Winner).
- 2.2 Winners are selected based on performance criteria outlined in the app (e.g. highest points, winning streaks, league performance).
- 2.3 All reward decisions are final. TIPPL reserves the right to alter selection criteria at any time.
- 2.4 The "TIPPL Month" is defined based on Gameweek start dates, not calendar months. Each TIPPL Month typically includes four full gameweeks, beginning with the first gameweek that starts within that month. Rewards tied to monthly performance (e.g. MVP of the Month) are calculated and awarded based on total performance across all gameweeks that begin within that defined period.
3. Redemption & Fulfilment
- 3.1 Winners will be notified via the email associated with their TIPPL account.
- 3.2 Rewards must be claimed within 7 days of notification unless otherwise stated. Unclaimed rewards may be forfeited.
- 3.3 Shipping of merchandise may take up to 30 days depending on the destination.
- 3.4 Match ticket rewards are subject to availability and date limitations. TIPPL is not responsible for postponed or cancelled fixtures.
4. Changes, Cancellation, and Substitution
- 4.1 We reserve the right to substitute any reward with another of equivalent value due to availability, supplier issues, or delivery limitations.
- 4.2 Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or alternative prizes unless explicitly stated.
- 4.3 TIPPL reserves the right to cancel or withdraw a reward at any time for any reason including suspected fraud, breach of terms, or technical errors.
5. Limitation of Liability
- 5.1 We are not responsible for any loss, damage, delay, or failure in delivery of rewards due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. postal delays, strikes, supply issues).
- 5.2 TIPPL accepts no liability for any travel, accommodation, or other costs associated with match ticket rewards.

7. Legal
